      Work from home with decent flexibility.

      Cons

      Convoluted product that you’re expected to teach a master’s thesis on inside a few weeks of directionless training from people who can’t get off the call with you quick enough. No loyalty. No respect. Not a place to pour yourself in to. Blame is misplaced and redirected to survive another day. THEY WILL TRY TO SCREW YOU WHEN THEY BLINDSIDE FIRE YOU; KNOW YOUR RIGHTS.

      I highly recommend working for Value Builder System. Great team of people working to help small business owners succeed. Supportive management team, staff genuinely care about the clients we serve. Thank you VBS! I hope to work with you again in the future.

      Cons

      The transition from Data Analyst (Duplicate Checker) to SDR role was challenging. The new manager decreased my working hours to 5hours/ week during the pandemic.
