Pros
- A lot of the people working at the Technology House are really good people. Most have the same common goal of doing their best job. Truly good employees. - New Technologies - Consistent schedule for production
Cons
- The CEO's family is involved in every aspect of the company. HR, COO and CFO are all daughters to the owner. Two other managers are best friends with the CEO. It is hard to report any issues/problems with management since it becomes 6 to 1. - Communication is poor through the entire chain of command. - Mandatory overtime and no access to time cards to review punches. - Very poor work/life balance outside of production. - Using an ERP software with no one on staff proficient enough to manage/update/fix.
