Can be a little separated from other team locations at times;. Not a place for massive amounts of training but this was communicated at interview stage.

The on the job training was the best I had in any of my jobs. In my 4 years I learnt so much about talent management, sales, recruitment as well as the digital and tech space and global recruiting. management really cares about you personally and professionally. I am so grateful for my time at The Talent Boom and loved being a boomer.

it is best for someone who can motivate themselves as there is little hand holding. If you want to learn and be trained and grow then this company offers that.
