Pros
They give the Servers and bartenders more control because they expect them to know how to do both.
Cons
Extremely stressed staff which is affecting the patrons. 2 floors, 1 bar, 1 bakery, and an open kitchen. Which means 2 dining rooms and they do not have a machine dishwasher in the building. All of the glassware in the house goes to the bar for the bartender to wash with teamwork rarely represented especially when it comes to helping with the dishes. The bartender gets immediately swamped which means the individual servers are allowed to come behind the bar, and fix their own drinks for their own tables, which becomes extremely crowded, very quick. The servers just help themselves, it didn't seem too friendly with them helping each other. Tables, patrons never getting checked on once the servers are in the weeds. Also, They pay Servers/Bartenders on a biweekly check other than the cash tips. Harsh for that area's price of living/spending and at a pay rate of 4.25/hr.
