Flexible schedules allowed you to work around tests Above average pay compared to most jobs that a college student would work at (however, be prepared to work hard and over long hours - Not for the lazy or unmotivated). Great management - you feel like part of the family. Opportunities for opening franchises after graduation. Builds a nice skill base - just carpeted my house thanks to what I learned at this job.

You find out your daily schedule the night before making it hard to plan ahead sometimes. 24 hour a day on-call can be difficult if you do not plan appropriately. If you plan ahead you can typically get someone to cover for you if you have a test or something.
