Can sometimes have to work on weekends

As an entry-level employee first joining the workforce, I appreciated the startup work ethic and culture of 'making it happen'. Email & SMS department management was effective & clear in goal-setting and expectations. There were also opportunities for advancement within my role and the company, and I got chances to learn new software, workflows, and skills.

Though I appreciated the strong work ethic, at times the hustle culture could become overwhelming and it would feel like speed was valued over quality. There was also semi-frequent turnover in my department, which consisted of many entry-level and recent graduate employees. Work-life balance was also difficult to maintain and it didn't always feel prioritized by management.
