Pros
For the most part the team is wonderful. Most of the team is very helpful and attentive, truly no question is a stupid question. When there is a menu change they hold meetings and present everything during pre-shifts, a very thorough procedure that earns them some points.
Cons
Splitting parties of 10 or more can be understandable, However, you are looking at splitting 3 parties with other servers who are also splitting other parties. You're left trying to coordinate with the entire restaurant and at times serving the party by yourself but still having to split the profit. The more you bring up an issue the more its reflected on your schedule. At some point you'll get the "we've noticed you aren't happy here" talk. That's the hint that soon after you'll get fired. This includes everyone, even managers! The amount of people that have come and gone from there is incredible!!! This is in big part due to the gm. Management is stretched so thin that its nearly abuse.
