      Literally just collecting a pay check

      Cons

      Your bosses could care less if you sink or swim, and as a matter of fact, they directly set you up for failure. There is no learning from your mistakes, only belittlement and gaslighting. If you ask a question, you’re scrutinized. If you give it your best shot and ask for feedback, you’re scrutinized. Please run for the hills and do not look back. You WILL regret your decision to work for this company, I can PROMISE you that.

      Employee friendly, personable management, tons of opportunities for growth, financially stable private company, extremely knowledgeable management and employees, understanding of life happening.

      Cons

      Prefer in office rather than hybrid or remote, benefits tiered more to young single employees than for experienced or longer career employees.

      Competitive bonus compensation Good benefits package Good comradery with fellow GM/PM's

      Zero upwards accountability for management past the site level Horrific HR department that makes it impossible to hold reports accountable Favoritism is rampant and will destroy jobs Claims a culture of "Go-Getters" when in reality they say this to abuse your work-life balance to the highest degree COO is completely out of touch with his workforce and makes changes off of vibes
