Pros
The company is good in many ways. They offer great benefits, and their pay is above average for customer service representatives. Every department involved in sales and deliveries works together the best they can to deliver good customer experiences. Office managers are generous with their help and knowledge when you need it even when you're not from their store. The job takes time to learn, but once you've mastered it then it is easy.
Cons
They pulled a bait and switch in my application and interview. I applied for a posting that was for a full time position and was offered a part time after my interview. They don't always make me feel respected and valued. Experience and education are meaningless to them. There's no formal training. Training is often done after a mistake is made.
