My journey with TROC has been nothing short of amazing since day 1. And yes, I realize how fake that sounds on a site like this, but to be honest I really don’t care. That’s genuinely how I feel and I’m not going to pretend like I feel less than I do just so people don’t skip over my review because they think it’s bs.
Believe me or don’t, I really don’t care. I just want to give credit where credit is due and TROC deserves 5 stars and so much more for everything they’ve done for me professionally. When I first joined the company I had no real sense of direction and possibly the worst work ethic. I was going nowhere and everyone in my life knew it. This company completely changed the path of my life by giving me the support, encouragement, and confidence I needed to finally do something with my life. I can’t say enough good things about my manager and what an inspiration he has been to me – personally and professionally.
I love the entire TROC team. I haven’t interacted with a single person in the company who wasn’t kind, considerate, helpful, and professional. It’s an incredible work environment. One that is healthy, but without being too “hippy woo woo”. You’re definitely not going to be overworked, but you won’t be spending your days relaxing in nap pods either. I don’t think I’d be able to get anything done at an office if there were video game machines and foozball tables every few feet though, so it works for me.
Honestly, I could go on for pages and pages and have nothing but good things to say about this company and the people who work here, but I think anyone reading this review already gets the gist of it. If you’re looking for a place that will cultivate the potential in you to do and be more than you are, then this is exactly where you want to be.
