for a "side gig", it's 6 days a week, grave shift, runs your car down, management is absolutely terrible if you could even call it that, if you want a day off you have to find someone willing to learn a route and work a night shift for less than minimum wage or pay more than what you'd make that night (per contract, but still). Unless you're desperate, the morale and compensation is absolute trash going all the way up in this dept. anyway. They know it and don't care to do anything about it so expect the worst, The Register Guard will not be making any improvements to this part of their department until they fall, so do with that what you will.
