Pros
Work from home, the contract I was on was on was 5 years. I was there for 3 of 5 and it was manageable work. No micromanaging and had a weekly goal to meet.
Cons
Only get PTO, no sick or annual leave. Also, no bonuses, only got extra $$ during Christmas. No matter how hard you work, you won't get a raise or bonus.
