Pros
Great office enthusiasm with proactive approach in regards to training. Resources galore at the drop of an e-mail or phone call to other employees. Decent pay scale with yearly bonuses when times were good. Passionate leadership that truly cares about the family values instilled inside the company.
Cons
Not a lot of growth afforded in a smaller company. While a "performance based organization" felt it would have been good to share scores so you knew exactly where you were at within the company.
