Pros
Have a change for good work experience and learned new skills very fast and get access on higher level at once. Very friendly work climate and work exposure is also very satisfying.
Cons
Upper management is not very educative and very narrow minded and also drag into hell sometimes but its depend on the person that at how much extent he can tolerate and extend the pressure on ourself.
