Pros
COO was a good listener, and easy to work for. He did his best despite the poor quality of the equipment and building housing the factory.
Cons
The holidays are stressful, and long days are the norm in the production and shipping departments. The influx of seasonal workers made it stressful for managers and supervisors because there was little or no opportunity to train workers properly.
