Very racist company, they have an SOP prohibiting employees from speaking Spanish and it you’re found doing so you will be reprimanded. For it being a women owned company its very much mean girl energy. They only hire POC to meet their quotas in the office and everyone is very much white washed. On multiple occasions they said they only hire people based off of how they look. Amy the COO is the most racist of them all. Terrible company to work for. There is also a lot of micro managing done and if things are not done their way you’re out. Also no work life balance at all they expect you to stay from 9-8pm salary pay and the owner Jodi sends out emails throughout the day threatening people that they need to make the sales quota if not they can’t go home until they do which is barbaric.
