Pros
The staff cares for the residents for the building being old and falling apart they manage to get their jobs done around the mess
Cons
Managers that actually care and show it they got rid of. Managers talk awful about floor staff while they are not even at work half the time or sit in their offices all day long. The manager is so proud of the name Macin-trash she came up with and loves to tell new employees how awful the corporate office is so they don't end up staying so we work short staffed a lot.
