      Coworkers were amazing, got some free items, 30% off

      Cons

      Management was terrible and did not care about the employees. New policy forced write ups if employees didn’t sell at least 3 items per transaction, yet we don’t even get commission. Turnover rates are horrible and the longest lasting employee was about one year. Sometimes customers were creepy or aggressive and we did not have security or even access to cameras because the higher ups do not care about employee safety.

      Fun job Cool coworkers Sometimes free stuff

      Management does not know how to run No one has lasted long term Everyone would at one point get written up Managers and assistant managers would get fired or quit because of the first con. Majority of people would not last longer than five months. Due to the previous management. When the management was good originally it was a great job would be one of the best selling stores then it just became very toxic.
