Pros
A lot of nice people to work with and some that are helpful and want to help you grow and succeed. So many people within the departments are easy to get along with and you can come to them for professional advice and you feel like you’re being treated as part of the family.
Cons
Although there is a ton of favoritism, especially with those that are the higher ups of the internship. They promise to treat you fairly, but they end up favoriting another and you can’t be truly honest with how you feel. Those in charge makes you feel like you can’t come to them for help. You are treated like a toddler and your stipend is so low that you will end up broke. My advice is to never go to this internship unless you want to be belittled
