Pros
The company has made a lot of positive changes over the past two years, improving processes, expectations, and overall quality. There is healthy pressure to keep getting better, and leadership seems committed to moving the company in a stronger direction since taking the helm a couple years ago.
There are still growing pains as the company moves out of startup mode, but that is expected. The people are kind, professional, personable, and fun to work with. Leadership also does a good job creating opportunities for the team to connect through parties, celebrations, and other activities.
Cons
Things change pretty often as the company grows, so you have to stay on top of new processes. There is a lot going on, and some days can feel like a lot. You need to be ready to learn, ask questions, and keep improving.
The good thing is that people are supportive and willing to help, so you do not feel like you are figuring it all out alone.
