Every employee is encouraged to participate on their comfort level. It is welcome to provide your new ideas, discuss opinions on company approaches, and openly share your thoughts with every team member, including Management. AND THEY LISTEN. On a yearly basis, you are asked plan your future goals to ensure your needs are also being met. Training 1-on-1 is provided with various team members with different approaches and hands-on learning is paramount. YOUR success is THEIR success. And unlike many "jobs", here at The Knotts Company, you and your family comes first. Here we are all family and not just coworkers - the relationships internally and externally with partners and our customers shows. There is a passion for what we do, how we do it, the service we provide, and the PROUD nature of being in business nearly 69 years.
Cons
I have yet to find one. If you are looking to be a "number", be apart of a "chain" listening to directive from outside your organization, or join a big conglomerate corporation, this place wouldn't suit you well.
