Pros
Had a great experience working here. Interesting work, smart people. Your senior peers are very helpful if you reach out to them. Perks are top notch (tickets to games, concerts), too.
Cons
Nothing bad to say really, my experience overall has been positive. It is more of an unstructured environment, though. While I didn’t have any issues with this personally, some people may be uncomfortable in this type of environment - especially if they’re used to a very structured setting.
