      Work on your own terms.

      Cons

      No PAY! You don't get paid unless you help one of their realtors make a sale. This company recruit a bunch of no skill workers. Many of them are not fit to work in a normal job (lots of tattoos, druggies, losers). One of the things they teach you is to make sales to you your friends and family. Also spam all your social media with ads.

      Pros

      Mentorship is free/ the training is free and all the resources are free. Being part time and closing a few deals has helped me get my own home 🏡

      Cons

      W O R K! it does take a lot of commitment and time but nothing is handed to you.
