      -None, you are employed and have a job.

      Cons

      - Awful training, the bare minimum to barely scrape by - The pay is awful, not enough money for the amount of work you do - No clear lines of communication between upper management and lower level employees - No moral among employees and no incentives to do better other than keeping your job. - Lack of professionalism - Lack of clear instruction on what is expected of someone and their job duties

      We are always concerned when we receive this type of feedback. In checking into this further it seems to be a result of a misunderstanding between an employee and their supervisor. Regrettably, it is too late to resolve this with you but we will certainly take steps to insure it does not recur.

Proud to celebrate 20 wonderful years with IMA! Grateful for the opportunities to grow, learn, and be part of a team that feels like family. Working with people with disabilities has been deeply rewarding - it's taught me patience, empathy, and the true meaning of teamwork. Here's to continued success and many more years of making a difference together.

      Cons

      At times, workloads can be demanding- but teamwork makes it manageable. In general, none that take away from the many positives of being part of The IMA Group.
