The Size of the company makes it difficult to get quick availability.

Flexibility and compensation were good.

Communication, leadership, training was very minimal and limited. Job was not clear and many times confusing as to expectations. Work changes were made often effecting the employee without the employee knowing there were changes. Very unorganized.
