      A company that cares. Management that wants you to succeed. A company that isn't looking to see you fail but instead looking for ways to support you and your growth in the company.

      Cons

      So far I know it sounds impossible but I have not run into any cons to date of working for Hanover these last 2 years.

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
