      Room for growth, great working environment with flexible arrangements and working from home

      Cons

      Very busy, there is a lot of redundancy in tasks and UW seems to be expected to be a jack of all trades. Lots of calls, lots of tasks, not an easy job but if you do your job it is not hard.

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
