We are actively investing in employee wellbeing initiatives, like our partnership with Heka, and our managers are trained to delegate tasks in a way that is fair and achievable, if this hasn’t been your experience we would like to know more so we can rectify this. Our intention as a business is to be inclusive and accessible to all who are part of Goat, we believe in strength based achievements that allow our people to have appraisals that are unique to their skills and career development. This may be why you view appraisals as ‘subjective’, however we are more than happy to discuss this in more detail to understand your feelings properly.
