The building is pretty, Very easy on the eye and the food in the restaurant is good.

This place is outrageously unprofessional. Ever since Chesapeake Hospitality took over management this place has gone downhill. They refuse to train their employees coworkers train one another and when you make a mistake then you are in the hot seat for quite some time. The restaurant is very disorganized, the servers are constantly complaining about everything. They do not hire the help that is needed and when something goes wrong the restaurant managers do not address it properly. They are very lazy. There is a very noticeable miscommunication between management and staff. Management is very evasive, so if something is done wrong it will not be communicated to you ( because coworkers train one another) until they have decided to write you up or worse terminate your position. I have seen this happen to about 5 different employees. Do not come and work here, this company is not dependable.
