Pros

I have been with The Frontier Project for over 3 years and could not be happier. Every day I am challenged, encouraged, trusted and valued as a team member. Every single day I wake up thrilled and excited about working for The Frontier Project. The culture here is built on hard work, transparency and a positive work environment that allows our employees to thrive in our respective fields. Feedback and ideas are heavily considered and discussed from every member of the team as we are all in this work together. The work flow may not be for you but it's ok if it's not... I will continue to be in love with my job and ALL OF MY FELLOW EMPLOYEES FROM THE TOP TO THE BOTTOM regardless.

Cons

This is the most difficult question to answer when asked by the company at our check-ins ... I get stumped.. I love the work and culture here and am hard pressed to find things about The Frontier Project to feel negative about.

Pros

I love The Frontier Project portfolio of companies. It's a work environment where I am encouraged to challenge myself to be my best self. We are a -- practice what you preach -- environment so when we ask our clients to be agile, we ask each other to be agile. When we ask our clients to have courage to try new things, we ask each other to have courage to try new things. When we ask our clients to challenge their habits and rethink their purpose, we ask each other to challenge our habits and rethink our purpose. It's an incredible place where I use my brain and think harder and differently everyday. This place has literally made me smarter and I am forever grateful for that gift.

Cons

Our company encourages autonomy and is deliverable driven. In order to thrive here you have to be able to know how to drive yourself forward, self manage your time (meaning protect it too), and be insanely open to giving and receiving constant feedback. Though that may not sound like a con, but I think for many people it is. You can't hide here and fly under the radar. So if you don't have a lot of self confidence and stamina in the face of change this environment can be very hard to be in for an extended period time.
