Not worth it - Anonymous employee The Friendly Toast Employee Review

Poor upper management. There was a management change last year and a large majority of senior serving and bar tending staff left following it. Disrespect towards female staff members, choosing favorites, hiring servers who are lazy. A large majority of the money that’s available relies on everyone pulling their weight with running side work, which doesn’t happen. Ineffective or non existent communication. No benefits. Kitchen is in the basement so there is a ton of carrying heavy objects up and down stairs. Was a mouse infestation issue and had severe cleanliness issues which have hopefully been resolved.
