Our standard guidance to clients is a minimum starting rate of US$4/hour for entry-level Generalist Virtual Assistant roles, with more specialized roles typically starting from US$9-12/hour and above. We do not support or approve placements at US$2/hour, and compensation is agreed upon by both parties before a placement begins.
We also have dedicated Relationship Managers whose role is to support both clients and Virtual Assistants throughout the engagement. If there is ever a discrepancy between an agreed rate and what is received, our team investigates the matter promptly to ensure it is resolved fairly.
