Pros
It was an awesome experience. I have applied 2 months ago through Freedom Geek and their recruitment process was different from the others. They also make sure that your experience and abilities matches with what client is searching for so it took me weeks to wait and before I got the client interview. Client is very nice. He provided me the tools that I need and 3 months training to make sure I learned everything I need. They are approachable and dont usually micromanage. They gave their full trust that you will do the work properly and honestly which I know I would.
Cons
Well I guess the only cons is that it took me more than 3 times to submit applications and weeks to wait before I got a schedule for an interview but it is all worth it.
