As a startup company, there is no doubt that there is a lot of work to be done and we are transparent about work expectations throughout the recruiting process. That said, we absolutely acknowledge the importance of a healthy work/life balance and have always encouraged employees to take time off as needed. Additionally, we have also become more flexible with our time off policies, added floating holidays, and have removed Financial Trainers from client rotation as needed. Lastly, although we are a fairly "flat" organization with few management opportunities, we are committed to hiring or promoting for more diversity as positions become available.
