The benefits are decent, their clients like them.
Cons
If you're an engineer/drafter/architect, I wouldn't recommend working for them. They will pigeon-hole you and never let you grow. They do not treat new engineers with respect or dignity. You'll realize, too late, that you're not going to get the compensation they promised and you won't be given the chance to grow and learn.
