Pros
Amazing culture, always felt very welcome and at home here. It was very professional and consistantly striving to be better. Great benefits, cannot complain. Decent wage despite the ridiculous Salary minimum of 50 hours. You could work another job at 50 hours and make a really good paycheck. I wouldn't recommend taking up any of the roles below Assistant Manager for too long. Some people genuinely care about you as a person while other will seek to use you and see how far you can go before you give push back.
Cons
They do their best to make sure the standard is upheld but they will gladly ignore the values and mission they talk so much about if it means making money. That's any business in America, but it's made even worse with the current situation going on and the companies brightest idea is the open up all their stores as fast as possible. Additionally, they made remote games, but just run them in the rooms the other people play on and it just puts the people who work for them at risk. I think they are willing to risk peoples lives if it means making money and that to me says a lot. They want to be a company like Disney, but they want to protect their brand and sculpt you into who they want you to be. The result isn't entirely bad, but if you want to be held to a higher standard, join the Airforce, you'll have a lot more opportunities. Lastly, if you expect to have freetime-- dont even bother. You'll be put "On Call" randomly on days that you are scheduled to work and give you less hours, or they'll call you in so much and completely at random that you hope there isn't traffic, or just stay nearby, IF they need you. Really disrespectful to the people who work for them honestly. Lastly, depending on which store you work at, each one has a vastly different leadership that all build the store how they want with some guidelines from up top... and my goodness, take your chance cause you may end up in a store that will scar you for life
