Cons
Very intense rosters which leads to constant fatigue and burn out eventually. Hard to get a leave for the dates you want, sometimes you have to take leave when you are told to. Management can be really inconsiderate and disorganized, however there are nice and helpful managers too, if you are lucky you'll get a good one.
