      Competitive pay and okay benefits.

      Cons

      Upper management not involved enough to see deep-rooted problems occurring within the company. Poor morale. Poor communication and training. High turnover. Favoritism by mid-management leading to the better performing, more competent employees leaving or being laid-off.

      Pros

      Not competitive environment (pro or con depending on the person) .Not too much overtime. People are pretty nice. Reviews are done yearly. One bonus: the W&OD trail is very close so you can go for a nice walk at lunchtime.

      Cons

      Gross deli is only food option--bring your lunch. Some incompetence in IT area can be frustrating.
