Pros
*Top tier exposure to leading edge sustainability projects - I struggle to think of a competitor who can offer a similar learning experience. *Project work cuts across a wide variety of sectors, industries, and business models, varying significantly from client to client, offering endless learning opportunities. *Collaboration across the Canada-wide offices occur regularly. Also, the company is very accommodating regarding flexible hours and remote working requests. *Coworkers are extremely intelligent, passionate, and caring - feels like a family. Company wide round tables and knowledge exchanges occur monthly and contribute to an extremely open and engaging environment.
Cons
*Project work is highly varied and rarely "cookie cutter," varying greatly from client to client - this may be a con for some. *Generally speaking, processes, procedures, and rigid organization structure aren't ingrained across Delphi, but to me it is offset by the highly varied and unique project work and open/flexible culture. Tough to have both. *If you value industry leading wages over industry leading experience, you may struggle at Delphi. Wages are comfortable, but are not in the top percentile of consulting salaries.
