Cons

High-Pressure Environment: The fast-paced nature of the company, especially in the entertainment and cultural industries, can lead to high-pressure situations and tight deadlines, which may be stressful for some employees. Long Working Hours: Due to the demanding nature of the work, especially during major campaigns or product launches, employees might experience longer working hours, which can impact work-life balance. Limited Career Progression: Depending on the size and structure of the company, there might be limited opportunities for upward mobility, especially for junior staff or interns looking to advance quickly in their careers. Cultural Adjustment: Adapting to the corporate culture and societal norms in South Korea might be difficult for those unfamiliar with the local customs, potentially leading to challenges in fitting in or feeling comfortable in the workplace.

Pros

Ability to work remotely in some positions, but for the more part, based in Seoul.

Cons

The company doesn't fully understand how to work with creatives as they are more numbers-minded and don't value creative work. Management does not take risks, and the moment they were finally convinced to build up their creative team, they got rid of all of their writers soon after. Part of this was due to the pandemic; however, there were issues on the creative side long before COVID. They have a hard time expressing their creative needs in a productive way.
