Abysmal - Regional Manager The Customer Center Employee Review

I worked for The Customer Center for 9 years. I started as a sales rep at the Allen, Texas location and worked my way up to upper management over all of the TX & LA stores. I have seen just about every point of view you can have as an employee of TCC, and reflecting back on it, it’s disgusting how ownership treats their employees. I wouldn’t wish employment here upon my worst enemy. Most all of the good reviews are just ownership forcing their management to create their own, obviously falsified reviews. TCC is below average and will always be below average so long as the current, incompetent ownership is in place.
