      Pros

      Direct line manager and team care about each other and will do what they can to help.

      Cons

      Company is consistently making decisions that negatively impact employees and go against feedback provided through internal surveys. Cash bonus scheme was removed. Communication throughout is appalling. CEO is forcing company back into office for 40% of time against people's wishes. Feels like they are actively trying to make employees leave the company.

      Pros

      Compensation package including bonuses and complete benefits package are very comprehensive.

      Cons

      Underdeveloped managment. Not an inclusive work environment and US employees definitely aren't as respected as UK employees. Can feel isolating or targeting for dismissal.
