Pros
Their galleries are amazing. There is a fun sense of camaraderie among the attendants. Working special events for extra pay is a great way to earn extra cash.
Cons
Upper and middle management tends to be dismissive and views attendants as their personal assistants. While parking is reimbursed, it is still a major hassle to find a space downtown. Very little on-staff diversity, despite a huge installation on their building championing equitability for all.
