      Pros

      Everyone is very friendly, approachable, and helpful. The compensation is fair and individual achievement and effort do not go unnoticed by upper management. You take on a lot of responsibility, so you know that you make a significant impact.

      Cons

      You do work long hours, because there is always something that needs to be done yesterday. It was a long (2 month) hiring process, sometimes going weeks without hearing back, so that was a tad irritating/discouraging.
