      Pros

      Pay is very competitive, benefits are great.

      Cons

      The recruitment department will sell you on a dream of better schedule and work life balance. They target retail managers specifically. My work life balance was horrible. To be successful expect to work 60-70 hour work weeks. The culture boasts do the right thing, but I have witnessed management doing absolutely anything but that. Stay away... it’s not worth it.

      Fast-paced environment, strong compensation opportunities, talented teams, and a culture that rewards performance. If you are ambitious, competitive, and always want more, this could be the place for you.

      Cons

      The environment is demanding and not suited for everyone. Expectations are high, feedback is direct, and performance is closely measured. Employees who thrive on accountability, competition, and results will likely do well; those seeking a more traditional or less performance-driven workplace may find it is not the right fit.
