I’m not usually one to write a review however I felt compelled to after my experience with The Connor Group. Hopefully, my feedback can spare someone from going through the same experience. Like most PCM’s that join the organization, I came from a long retail background. That being said, I was not opposed to putting in the hours. However, they sell you on “non-retail hours” when in reality it’s 10x worse!
-No personal work/life balance. Most days, 9-11 hour days. Monday-Saturday work week. Standard PCM schedule, work one Saturday per month however that was not my experience.
-Extremely high turnover, terminations are very frequent. A big turn off and red flag for me was when people were terminated, higher ups would almost make a mockery of it. In my time there, 8 individuals off the top of my head I can think of that were terminated on the spot.
-Don’t live by own company values, one being “do the right thing”, this I don’t feel like was upheld at the various properties I was at. More times than not, the right thing was not done when it came to residents and or employees.
