The bloated executive tier is slowing things down instead of driving progress. Senior VPs in particular seem more focused on deflection than direction. Missed deadlines and indecision are met with blame-shifting instead of accountability. Projects are dragged out endlessly while execution stalls. What used to be a place for meaningful work and growth now feels like a corporate shell game. Innovation is talked about more than practiced, and those who value clarity, speed, and expertise may find themselves frustrated and undervalued. TCH cannot afford the cost of coffee-cups and Milk in Cafeteria anymore. Only new C suite folks are budgeted okay.
