Friendly staff who come from all walks of life, as much hours you want you could achieve here, very easy recipe viewers and you get to be apart of making some beautiful food for the customers.
Cons
My personal store mgmt. Team was completely flipped within a year we had entire new mgmt from front to back to the gm even which caused much uproar among associates. Mgmt team seemed to lack the knowledge or willingness to understand what the workers are doing everyday. If greed in bonuses is the motive the workers will get left behind, told to go home early to cut hours for labor issues in a specific quarter of the year, and have to suffer with very little utensils to aid in everyday work. Achieving pay raises can be very difficult as favoritism is huge in this line of work. It is very fast paced and alot is expected of certain people who are actually capable of producing over the top results.
