Pros

The Canton Group teams are extremely intelligent and collaborative team members to work with. There is a closeness and openness that allows for guards to be taken down and have opinions heard, options discussed and learning opportunities provided. A monthly town hall is conducted for company updates, but one thing truly appreciated about the town hall is employees nominate colleagues for awards and recognition and these are all shared every month. Most companies I have worked for don't spend the time to celebrate and recognize their employees. Fully remote work.

Cons

At times decisions are made from leadership without discussing full details to understand root cause of the situation and options for solution- occasionally decisions are made and teams just need to adapt without input.

Pros

True work-life balance encouraged to maintain flexibility and accountability, creating an environment where high standards and healthy balance coexist. One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is the opportunity to serve not just as an individual contributor, but as a thought partner. My input is valued in strategic discussions and decision making processes. I’m not just executing tasks- I am encouraged to challenge assumptions, offer insights, and help shape solutions.

Cons

Prioritizing can be challenging at times. Defining clear roles and responsibilities to avoid overlap and accelerate execution.

Pros

The work culture is genuinely friendly and collaborative, the atmosphere feels professional yet pleasant, the company provided good amount of training and chances to grow, and I've learned a lot from talented colleagues.

Cons

Leadership occasionally makes decisions feel disconnected from day-to-day reality in the teams, without enough bottom-up input or visibility into the actual workload, but that is understandable for a fast-growing company.
