Worst management ever - Designer The CE Shop Employee Review

I worked here for 3 years, and recently I decided to quit after almost 10 of my coworkers quit for the past 3 months. My manager is extremely abusive, she approved everything I do but once some issues happens, she blamed it all on me in front of everyone. She is also overpowering us all the time by her words and attitude. I have been asking for a promotion or at least a raise for a year or two but no response, I even got threatened that I would not get promoted because the company is tight in budget, but that is a lie for sure. I went out there and lots of company are willing to pay me double so I quit. Before this company, I has been working for multiple companies and I have never seen such an abusive and poor management. As a manager myself, the first thing I do when something happen is taking responsibility, and then talk to my team members for a better solution in the future. I did say all of these to the upper manager, but she, as well, said nothing. Talent and contribution are the least to be considered here. In General, unprofessional and poor management. I would not recommend working here.
